SYS GROUP’s commitment to sustainability begins with our own ranch and the use of post-consumer polyester bottles, creating the knitted green environmental chain and recycled polyester fiber environmental chain. From wool and polyester fibers to high-tech synthetic materials, every material is meticulously crafted from source to finished garment to ensure its traceability and accountability.
Transparent and Open Production Process
From fabric dyeing to garment processing, we maintain an open and traceable workflow. Our two production lines (woven and knitted) are designed to uphold the highest quality standards while minimizing waste.

Production Capacity
SYS GROUP has established a global production system with factories located in Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos, and Bangladesh and China. We operate a total of 18 factories, employing over 10,000 workers and utilizing more than 250 production lines, with a capacity of 35 million pieces.
Logistics Network
We collaborate closely with global freight forwarders to ensure that our products are delivered to customers quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Additionally, with a professional team of 3D designers and pattern makers, we operate a 100% digital workflow. Beyond textile research, we have established an Equipment Research Institute to enhance the automation levels of our machinery.

In weaving, SYS GROUP employs the latest weaving technologies, including automatic cutting machine, template machine, automatic flat knitting machine and other smart devices. At the same time, we retain key handcrafted techniques in certain stages.
